Ec 12:11 The words of the wise are as goads,
and as nails fastened by the masters of assemblies,
which are given from one shepherd.
Brethren,
The following is an example of the structured study format that we will be employing for commentary. The key words to the success of this new enterprise is structured and discipline. The failure to maintain a structured format will result in chaos and a lost opportunity to serve the Church through this new and exciting medium. We need discipline of the self variety to avoid jumping onto hobby horses that will only take us off into by-path meadow.
Please read what follows very carefully. Print out a copy of this letter and keep it in a place where it can be easily found and be mindful that we may have to change the format every now and then to smooth things out.
Pray that God would bless our joint labors.

======= HOW TO SUBMIT YOUR COMMENTARY ========
(the following is an example of a commentary submission)

Your Comments:
Hebrews 1v1 (sample submission of your commentary) God, who at sundry
times and in divers manners spake in time past unto the fathers by the
This epistle shows Christ as the
end, foundation, body, and truth of the figures of the law, which of
themselves were no virtue for the soul. The great truth set forth in
this epistle is that Jesus of Nazareth is the true God. The unconverted
Jews used many arguments to draw their converted brethren from the
Christian faith. They represented the law of Moses as superior to the
Christian dispensation, and spoke against every thing connected with the
Saviour. The apostle, therefore, shows the superiority of Jesus of
Nazareth, as the Son of God, and the benefits from his sufferings and
death as the sacrifice for sin, so that the Christian etc...Hebrews 1v2 (sample submission of your commentary) Hath in these last
days spoken unto us by his Son, whom he hath appointed heir of all
things, by whom also he made the worlds;Après avoir autrefois, à plusieurs reprises et de plusieurs manières,
parlé à nos pères par les prophètes, Dieu, dans ces derniers temps, nous
a parlé par le Fils, qu'il a établi héritier de toutes choses, par
lequel il a aussi créé le monde, et qui, etc... God spake to his
ancient people at sundry times, through successive generations, and in
divers manners, as he thought proper; sometimes by personal directions,
sometimes by dreams, sometimes by visions, sometimes by Divine
influences on the minds of the prophets. The gospel revelation is
excellent above the former; in that it is a revelation which God has
made by his Son. In beholding the power, wisdom, and goodness of the
Lord Jesus Christ, we behold the power, wisdom, and goodness of the
Father, the fulness of the Godhead dwells, etc...Your name: _____________________ (required)
